WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days if purchased during the week. Durban and Johannesburg orders will be received in 1-2 days from shipping. Other major + outlying area orders will be received in 4-5 days from shipping.  If order is placed on the weekend, the order will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’re not totally in love with your bod set, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We pay for your returns but if you would like to exchange the item(s) for a different size or replace it with something else, you will need to cover the delivery cost for the replaced item(s). We are unable to accept any returns after 7 days and exchanges after 30 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit within 7 days of arrival. 

P.S: If you ordered a SET and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep and will be refunded the difference. 

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SET?

Machine wash colour with like fabrics and colours. Hang dry to keep your sets in the best shape possible (click here for more)

P.S. We recommend washing your items at 30°C + do not wash your bod sets with softener in order to prolong its lifespan + shape.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

You are more than welcome to give it a bash and email us ASAP but we can’t make any promises. You can email us on info@bodthebrand.co.za for any changes to your address, size, colour, style etc. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed but you can place a second order and notify us immediately if you are wanting the items to be shipped together.
