Shipping + Returns

Shipping  (only available in South Africa)

  • Major Cities: R80-00
    Outlying Areas: R125-00
    Free Shipping for orders over R950-00
  • Door-to-door delivery through Fastway Couriers
  • Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number
  • Your tracking number may take an hour or two after you have received confirmation to reflect in the courier's system
  • The amount of time specified for shipping is in Working Days
  • If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will only be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday
  • We do not offer Express/Overnight shipping in an effort to reduce our Carbon Footprint 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All garments are individually quality control checked for pilling, marks and defects.
  • All garments bear swing tags and once the tag is removed items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Tags removed indicate that you have checked your item and items are considered a final sale.
  • All garments are only eligible for exchanges or refunds if the customer has alerted us within 7 days of receiving their order and upon receipt items are untampered, unused, undamaged and have all packaging, tags and swing tags in tact.
  • If contact regarding an exchange, refund or defect is made outside the 7-day period, it will be at our discretion what (if any) outcomes can be offered. 
  • If an item appears to have be worn, damaged or the tag has been tampered with, the item will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to the customer.
  • All orders over R950 qualify for free one-way shipping only.
  • Customers exchanging eligible garments are responsible for the cost of shipping their exchanged goods.
  • If an order is ‘returned to sender’ because our courier is unable to deliver to the specified address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping their order.
  • Please take note of your selected shipping area. If you know you are in an Outlying area and pay for Major City shipping, your order will only be sent once the R45-00 difference is paid.
  • Free one way returns + exchanges on full priced items
  • Products may be exchanged for other products to the same value (excluding shipping) or a credit can be issued to the same value (excluding shipping)
  • No refunds on SALE + Sample Sale items. Exchanges on Sale items will be at the full cost (collection + re-shipping) of the customer
  • All BLACK FRIDAY sales are final
  • If you are unsatisfied with your product, have mistakenly received an incorrect item or have any queries, please contact info@bodthebrand.co.za

Preorders

  • Orders are placed + paid for before they are available for shipping. The items will go into production after the preorder has closed
  • We will keep you updated on the progress + give you an approximate date for shipping, which could potentially move forward or back on the account of quicker production/unforeseen delays
  • Orders will be refunded in full if the preorder has to be cancelled on account of any unforeseen circumstances/issues
